Matt Murski is a highly accomplished sales executive with 8 years of experience in driving revenue growth.  His extensive 16-year career in the video capture and management industry encompasses a broad range of technologies, including unmanned aerial systems (UAS), in-car video, body-worn cameras, video management systems (VMS).  This expertise is complemented by his 25-year career in law enforcement (retired), where he gained invaluable experience in fleet management (8 years) and VMS administration (5 years).  Matt's unique blend of sales acumen, technical proficiency, and deep understanding of law enforcement needs makes him a highly valuable asset in the technology sector.

Former firefighter, lead drone pilot & videographer for the Austin Fire Department, Preston Culver has taken his experience flying drones on emergency scenes and now works on the Standard Test Methods Response Robots project at NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) via an adjunct research position at Johns Hopkins University. Alongside other former first responder drone pilots and UAS program managers, as well as engineers, academics, current first responders and more, this project focuses on standardizing the test measures utilized in testing both pilots & technologies, geared specifically for emergency response. Preston has also been a driving force behind the annual TXPSROBOTS show.  From marketing duties to training curriculum to being the MC, you'll see Preston all over the Ranch throughout the week of the Summit.

With a remarkable 34-year law enforcement career and 26 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant, Clay Regan brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to the Public Safety Unmanned Systems Academy (PSUSA).
